Bruce's recent accomplishments are licensing for Minnesota Life, Health, Disability, Property and Casualty Insurance, Financial Regulatory Investment Series 6 and 63 license, and Enrolled Agent IRS status.
With experience managing benefits and total compensation for self funded manufacturing and services organizations, Bruce has benchmarked benefits and employee return on investment using compensation modeling. He has designed and managed self-funded and fully insured health plans along with writing summary plan descriptions within PPACA certification guidelines and integration of welfare benefit retirement planning.
Bruce has been in leadership positions in multiple industry sectors in positions such as CFO, Controller, Finance and Accounting Manager, and Human Resources Manager, in division, subsidiary and corporate headquarters. He has planned for expansions, developed and implemented new systems in the US and abroad, improved budgets and policies, and created dashboard reporting for senior level review of key indicators.
Bruce believes that being a team player with sales and marketing executives results in in expanding product goals and market share. He holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and credentials of CPA for over 20 years, Currently a US Treasury , EA, CEBS, Insurance licenses, FINRA 6 and 63 Investment licenses, I am a Regulatory and Tax Compliance Advisor in Premium Office at MN H & R Block.. I have conducted training in the US and abroad on accounting, welfare plans and tax regulations and compliance.
