Bruce has designed benefits and total compensation for self funded and fully insured manufacturing and services organizations. He has bench marked benefits and employee return on investment using compensation modeling. He has written summary plan descriptions with ASO and PPACA certification guidelines and integration of welfare benefit retirement planning.
Bruce has held leadership positions in multiple industry sectors, such as CFO, Controller, Finance and Accounting Manager, and Human Resources Manager, in division, subsidiary and corporate headquarters. He has planned for expansions, developed and implemented new systems in the US and abroad, improved budgets and policies, and created dashboard reporting for senior level review of key indicators. Bruce believes that being a team player with sales and marketing executives results in expansion of product goals and market share.
Bruce earned a BS from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. He is currently a US Treasury Enrolled Agent and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist credited by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits. Bruce's licenses include Minnesota Life, Health, Disability, Property and Casualty Insurance, and has passed the Financial Regulatory Investment Series 6 and 63 testing. He was formerly a Premium Compliance Specialist at H&R Block Premium Office serving the Greater Minneapolis Metro Area.

Bruce is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, a designation issued by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Society, a global organization. (www.ifbscom).
To earn this designation requires passing 10 exams on all aspects of tax, benefit plans, union negotiations, performance planning, and many other aspects of HR.
