We have designed health and retirement benefits along with total compensation for self funded and small firm services organizations. Our software bench marks benefits and calculates effect on cash flow for owner.  We have plan documents with PPACA pre-approved and DOL compliant seals of approval.

In my past positions my leadership positions have been in multiple industry sectors, such as CFO, Controller, Finance and Accounting Manager, and Human Resources Manager, in division, subsidiary and corporate headquarters.  I have planned for expansions, developed and implemented new processes for compliance in the US and abroad. , improved budgets and policies, and created dashboard reporting for senior level review of key indicators. My function are always directed at providing sales and marketing executives with results based reporting.

Bruce earned a BS from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.  He is currently a US Treasury Enrolled Agent and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist credited by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits.  Bruce's is inactive with Minnesota Life, Health, Disability, Property and Casualty Insurance, and has passed the Financial Regulatory Investment Series 6 and 63 testing. He was formerly a Premium Compliance Specialist at H&R Block Premium Office serving the Greater Minneapolis Metro Area.
